election mop up ...where nothing's swept clean | I'd be the last to say this was an example of a "new brush sweeping clean" ~ more like the dirty old brush getting ready to apply the tar, but time shall tell on that one, eh? | Heard a couple of wags muttering in a local beer hall about learning a foreign language, or musing on what interrment camps are gonna be like as well as some headier, possibly more seditious stuff | Sobering for me | Though with the national Democratic party having striven for the past few years to be good Republicans themselves, is it any surprise people felt there wasn't much of a choice ?
